- Professional residential maintenance including 24/7 emergency service
- Scheduling of daily, monthly, quarterly, or on-call maintenance
- Renting of vacant space
- Collection and deposit of all rent, security deposits, fees, etc.
- Resolution of all tenant/resident complaints
- Supervision of all personnel, site staff, etc.
- Preparation of all monthly financial statements: income statements, expense statements, balance sheets, general ledgers, etc.
- Payment of all bills / reconciling all bank statements
- Preparing all employee reports to respective agencies
- Review of all tax and insurance accounts and securing bids as needed (annually)
- Establishment of all job descriptions
- Conducting all employee evaluations
- Preparation of annual budgets for owners (90 days prior to end of fiscal period)
- Listing of properties for sale
